CANCELLATION
Policy
All appointments must be confirmed, either by providing card details or by paying a 50% upfront deposit, to adhere to our cancellation policy.

Clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows will be required to pay a 50% upfront deposit.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will always do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, in some cases this may not be possible, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
​
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
​
We understand that life happens, and we always aim to be as accommodating as possible. These changes help us protect the valuable time of our stylists and ensure we can keep appointments available for our clients.
